Standardised Price List
All funeral directors are legally required to publish a price list for a standard set of products and services.
When comparing, we would encourage you to look at our full detailed price list, which maybe more reasonable and beneficial to your family requirements.

Full Detailed Price List
We provide a full written estimate once we have established your requirements.
We send the final invoice 7 days after the funeral and allow a further 30 days to receive payment.
Our staff are all paid a salary rather than being commission based.
This ensures there is no incentive for any of our staff to sell you products or services other than those that you want or need.
Disbursements
In addition to our charges, disbursements must be paid to Doctors, Ministers of Religion, Celebrants, Crematorium or Cemetery fees and such like.

Our Professional Services
Our professional fee includes everything that is essential to carry out a funeral. Many companies charge extra for the use of the hearse and bearers, which we believe gives a misleading figure to families wishing to compare professional fees. You can rest assured your loved one will remain in our care at your local office until the day of the funeral.
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Applicable from 1st July 2019
After the funeral arrangements have been discussed, you will be required to pay a deposit or payment of cleared funds, within five working days of the funeral arrangements taking place, and this will be calculated on the type of funeral arrangements discussed. You will then be sent a written estimate or invoice of all the charges incurred, in line with the service you have requested. We need to draw your attention that, failure to pay the deposit or invoice within the given time frame, will result in the cancellation of all funeral arrangements. Your Deposit and Final Invoice Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Debit or Credit Card, Cheque or Cash. The balance of the account will be required as laid out in the following paragraph.
By accepting our Terms & Conditions, you consent that you accept the charges and will be liable for payment of the final account when submitted. This is usually one week after the funeral and it is expected for payment to be made within thirty days. You also accept that if no payment or contact has been made within sixty days of the funeral, the account will be forwarded to a third party debt recovery company and additional recovery/legal costs will be incurred. If wished, the account may be forwarded to a solicitor or bank. If, because of your circumstances, you have to make a claim for assistance from the Department of Work and Pensions, please note that stringent rules apply as to the amount of help available. Please talk to us, in confidence, for guidance.
